Advantage I Realty, Inc. was established in 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia with Henry O. Owens as primary broker.  Our office is now located in East Point, Georgia and serves the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area.  Our professional staff consists of one supervising broker, three associate brokers, over thirty-five sales associates, and an office manager.
