Advantage I Realty, Inc. was established in 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia with Henry O. Owens as primary broker.  Our office is now located in East Point, Georgia and serves the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area.  Our professional staff consists of one supervising broker, three associate brokers, over thirty-five sales associates, and an office manager.

Our mission statement states that we are committed to meeting the real estate needs of every client or customer we serve.  Knowing our customers are looking for properties that best fit their needs and personalities, our team of experienced sales associates work diligently and patiently to make sure each customer is satisfied.
